Read below for information regarding “how to accept” a Falcon Theatre Booster Club Camp scholarship if awarded.


Steps required to accept your camp scholarship awarded by the Falcon Theatre Booster Club

  1. Email the booster club at tchstheatreboosters.web@gmail.com before 7:00pm Thursday, May 23rd, and confirm that you accept the award.
  2. Once you have registered for a camp or other qualified activity (please contact the Booster Club with any questions on whether an activity is acceptable), send another email to tchstheatreboosters.web@gmail.com and indicate where the scholarship needs to be sent. The Booster Club treasurer will be sending the scholarship directly to the camp/activity.

    In the event that the deposit or tuition for the event has already been paid for, the scholarship may be paid directly to the recipient if a certified receipt of deposit or tuition is sent to the email address listed above.

If the award is not accepted by 7:00pm Thursday, May 23rd, the funds will be returned to the Falcon Theatre Booster Club.

Note that any funds may be used for multiple activities as long as funds remain. Any unused funds will be returned to the Falcon Theatre Booster Club.
